Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of appointment to get a full refund. Any appointments booked and cancelled same day or cancelled less than a 24 hour notice incurs a $40 cancellation fee.

This is when a company have instructed you to book a service on our site and you do not need to pay us for the mobile service.

You do not need a doctors order or insurance to use our service. You are able to order self pay labs and pay for mobile service as well. If you want your insurance to pay for the testing, you must have a order from a physician and your insurance information uploaded or available upon our arrival. The lab will bill your insurance for the testing but they do not cover our mobile service fee.

Mobile Medical Lab prevent long waits at the lab, we provide physicians with the ability to monitor your health with no delays, whether you are homebound or have no transportation. Using our service allow you to be in the comfort of your home or office and prevent you from becoming sick from others.

Mobile Medical Lab healthcare professionals come to your home so there is no need to get dressed or have to wait a long time to eat if you are fasting. Mobile Medical Lab service prevent the risk of a car accident transporting you or your loved one to the lab. There will be no sitting around waiting on the medical transport van to piick you up. You do not have to worry about you or your loved one experiencing any aches and pains during entering and exiting from the medical transport van.

Unfortunately, insurance companies do not cover our mobile service fee at this time.

Yes, we provide services Monday- Sunday unless your labs require collections only during the week.

Unfortunately, we are only accepting independent healthcare professionals. The way our platform is setup, we are only able to accomodate individual service providers and not a company.
